Terms and Conditions referred to From KnightVision3D as of 2009
For the Puporses of the Terms and Conditions, the author, Chris Knight, shall be refered to as, KnightVision3D. The visitor to the site, or the individual, whom may or may not represent any organisation, shall be refered to as, The Client.
- 3D Modelling
- KnightVision3D and the custom work done theirin remain soley the property of the author. This work is unique and has not been duplicated or copied from another individual within the 3D community.
- Commissions supplied by KnightVision3D are soley the property of the designer/client that has requested the services and Skillsets provided. These comissions are undertaken with the clients supervision and are only taken on after KnightVision3D confirms that the propjects are not in breach of copyright law.
- KnightVision3D retains the right to refuse the commission requests should they breach copyright law, or exceed the boundaries on which KnightVision3D is based.
- KnightVision3D also retains the right to keep original copies of models, renders, animations and textures for the use of proof of service, and in the unlikely case of data loss.
2. Photography
- KnightVision3d, provides a photography service on a commissions only basis. The term photography is used as, picture or digital image.
- Commissions are discussed with the client before a shoot takes place, location, price, time spent and theme of shoot are agreed upon before the shoot date.
- Clients must be 18 or over to request a commission, and any children under the age of 18 involved in any subsequent shoots must be supervised by a parent or adult that has been charged with the responsibility of the child. This falls under the category of weddings or portfolio shoots. Clients having a shoot under the age of 21 must have permission from their parents before a shoot takes place.
- If a shoot is to take place on location, the permission of the landlord/owner of the location must be consulted and approve the shoot before it takes place.
- KnightVision3D provides digital imagery based on the clients consent and understanding that no images shall be duplicated without the prior agreement of the Client and KnightVision3D.
Distribution
KnightVision3D reserves the right to with-hold distribution of images, artwork, videos (inlcuding animations) and models, duplication of the afore mentioned work by the Client is also Prohibited, as is the alteration of any work by computer or any other means in whole or in part, for their own purpose, without prior written consent.
Legal
KnightVision3d complies with the 1998 Data Protection act. All client data is strictly with-held and kept private. Distribution of Organisation Names and Logos is only done with the expressed permission of the client.
